David’s background is in commercial and civil litigation with a wide variety of experience in employment law, contractual disputes and personal injury, as well as disclosure and other procedural issues. He completed a three week ICBC injury trial in 2016.
David is a board member with the Canadian Bar Association of BC “BarTalk” magazine editorial committee and was previously a contributing editor for the Law Society of British Columbia’s Learning Centre Website. David is a contributing author for two previous Continuing Legal Education courses, “Affidavit Secrets” and “Civil Law for Criminal Lawyers” and volunteers as a supervising lawyer for the UBC Law Students’ Legal Advice Program.
His personal interests include traveling and skiing.
